Conference Attire
Participants will feel comfortable in business casual attire.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend Conference after you register, you are eligible to send a substitute. Call our office at 604.687.5891 or toll free at 1.800.663.9646 with your substitute’s contact information so that we can ensure our records are corrected.
If you must cancel, please notify us immediately. The following cancellation deadlines will apply:
- After April 15, 2010 – Half Refund
- After May 1, 2010 – No Refund
Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown at the following rates until April 24, 2010:
- 1 King Bed Deluxe Room: from $155 per night plus applicable taxes
- 1 Deluxe 2 Queen Room: from $175 per night plus applicable taxes
