Join David Crawford, CMA as he presents an overview of how to strategically approach internal environmental and external sustainability related risks and opportunities. This session will address four key learning opportunities:
- Present a summary of Corporate Responsibility and its key drivers and influences.
- Explain how to integrate internal environmental and external sustainability issues into strategy development.
- Identify tools and techniques that can be used to select and implement environmental and sustainability focused strategies.
- Review proven methodologies and guidelines that can be used to monitor and report on both financial and non-financial performance.
The objective of this session is to provide reliable information and practical guidance that can be used to proactively address tangible environmental and sustainability risks and opportunities. Useful resources and references such as global standards and assurance protocols will be identified for participants during this session.
