This case study review, presented by a team of professors from the University of the Fraser Valley, will walk you through how to manage the marketing spend on new media including You-Tube, Facebook, and Twitter. This seminar will touch on the use of strategic performance measurement, focusing on traditional tools (ROI, ROMI, ROME and marketing KPIs), brand performance tools, and customer satisfaction tools using the Balance Scorecard and Dashboarding strategic management tools.
