From Finance to Influence: How to lead every time you speak

From Finance to Influence® is an intensive course designed specifically for the Financial Professional. Participants learn how to lead and inspire every time they communicate whether it’s a formal presentation, one-on-one impromptu conversation, team meeting, elevator pitch, email or phone call.

The focus of the course will be on the ability to communicate as a leader from listening to understanding to speaking and writing with clarity.

You will learn the art of persuasion, and skill in communicating complex matters to all levels of the organization.  By the end of this course, participants will strengthen their ability to prepare and deliver talks, communicate with confidence and lead others effectively and consistently.

Participants will:

• Develop the mindset of a leader.
• See every situation as a leadership opportunity.
• Develop organized thinking when dealing with complex topics.
• Speak with a clear message.
• Create a script for an upcoming conversation using the Leadership Model.
• Use the language of leadership.
• Use eye contact and gestures that holds the audience.
• Motivate the audience to act.
