In a time when rapid change is inevitable in many organizations, employees often feel overwhelmed and find it difficult to perform at high levels. This interactive workshop will explore ways in which leaders can support individuals and teams to increase their resilience and flexibility in environments of high change. It will teach you how to leverage team communication to buffer the potentially overwhelming effects of change; provide you with leadership tactics to help you and your employees adapt in times of high ambiguity; and provide lessons from organizations that have learned to thrive in high change environments.
