CMABC – Where Do We Stand in our Professionalism and Ethical Behaviour

Take a refresher course of the Accountants (Management) Act, By-Laws and Rules and how they are applied with comparisons to other professional organizations and the needs of the public. Using the “British Columbia Experience”, the current Chair of the Society’s Professional Conduct Enquiry Committee and External Legal Counsel will highlight recent past cases and their results (albeit using pseudonyms).  This background to the current state of our Society members’ professionalism and ethical behaviour (or lack thereof) may be an unexpected surprise to our membership.
