However, when done properly, risk management will actually enhance the value of the organization and keep it strategically positioned ahead of the competition. The purpose of this session is to discuss the importance of risk management for strategic advantage. In this session, we will cover:

- An overview of the two most popular ERM frameworks
- How to establish risk appetite and risk tolerances
- How to choose appropriate key risk indicators
- Recommended risk reporting processes
