In this seminar, you will discover where Canada is with succession planning while reviewing demographics trends and research findings.  You will examine the critical factors necessary in succession planning including both family business and non-family business by reviewing alternate strategies, the marketplace, and developing a manageable process.  Together with these significant factors, a review of income tax implications associated with a succession plan will be covered along with some tips to follow and traps to avoid.
