With over 15 years’ experience as a Senior Management Consultant, Bev McPhee has led highly specialized corporate development initiatives, including major business transformation, change management, communications and strategic human resources assignments.
A keen advocate of emerging technologies, Bev sits on various technology councils and boards. She is also an Associate Faculty member at RRU, and a sessional instructor in the UVic Faculty of Business. Bev is regular keynote speaker throughout the province, addressing topics related to Strategy and Innovation, Change, and Organizational Development.
Among some of her awards, Bev was nominated for the YW-YMCA Woman of Distinction award, recognized by IBM Canada for three consecutive years as Top Performer (Organizational Change Sector) and received the Chancellor’s Award for highest academic standing from Royal Roads University.
