William (Bill) Reid is Director of Specialist Advisory Services with Grant Thornton LLP, and has helped entrepreneurial public sector and non-profit clients plan for, effectively manage towards, and demonstrate greater results. He has a broad range of experience with strategic and business planning, evaluation, operational and organizational reviews, risk assessment and performance measurement and reporting. He is also skilled in the use of facilitation and consultative techniques. Past clients have included the Centre for Non-Profit Management, the Victoria Cool Aid Society, and Greater Victoria Victim Services. Bill is a Certified Management Consultant, and has an MBA in Public Policy and Finance from Simon Fraser University.
