In recent years, the business environment has become increasingly competitive, challenging, and exceptionally demanding. More than ever before, profit and non-profit organizations are confronted with competition from similar organizations, in the presence of competing products or services, and have access to limited resources.
The Balanced Scorecard is a performance and change management framework allowing management to manage specific factors and effectively manage internal and external processes. The Balanced Scorecard’s primary objective is to link the organization’s strategic objectives and direction to tangible measures encompassing four strategically focused areas.
